Welcome to Eureka!

We are a home-based childcare in Redmond, WA, offering care for children aged 6 months to 5 years old. We follow the Montessori method, emphasizing self-directed activities and hands-on learning through play. Children work both in groups and individually to explore the world and develop their maximum potential.

Our Program

Educational Activities

Our learning fun times are all about exploring, creating, and getting excited about new stuff! We've got cool games, awesome projects, and lots of hands-on activities in practical life, sensorial, math, and language. These activities spark big imaginations and help kids develop a love for learning.

Extra-Educational Activities

Beyond the regular stuff, we have got tons of cool adventures and fun activities to try out! From art and music jams to gardening, yoga sessions, outdoor explorations, and cooking projects, it's all about having a blast and making memories together.

Elham has taken care of our 17 month old daughter since she was 6 months old. From the start it has felt like we are leaving our daughter with family - we know she is loved, cared for, and given so much attention - as are all the children. We've loved seeing the photos of our daughter participating in all sorts of activities inside and out in the garden, engaging with other children, and eating beautiful home cooked food. We couldn't recommend Eureka more highly. For us we are comforted by the smaller nature of Eureka compared to larger daycare centers, and the opportunity for our child to spend time with kids slightly older and younger than her - it's done wonders for her development and motor skills.

My 23 month old son has been attending Eureka Montessori since July, 2020. Ms. Elham is absolutely wonderful! The kids go outside everyday, they garden, make crafts, they cook and engage in so many unique learning opportunities. I pulled him from a large chain daycare at the beginning of the COVID shut down and I’m so happy I did. He gets fresh home cooked meals and much more direct personalized care and love from her than he got from his other daycare. I couldn’t be happier!

My daughter has been going to Eureka Montessori since September 2021 and she loves being there. She has a great time there and learns a lot. Kids learn there stuff from planets to human body and there is always pretty cool art project the come home with. But the thing I like about them is how gentle, observant, tactful and easy to cooperate are caregivers. As a parent I feel very supported by them. I'm am amazed how independent my baby has become. They really respond to individual needs of children. And food really is delicious!
