Enrollment Information

If you're thinking about enrolling your child at Eureka Childcare, let's get started!

Before you apply, please schedule a tour.

After your visit, we'll give you the forms you need to apply.

Once your application is accepted, here's what you need to do:

  1. Fill out Forms:

    We'll give you forms to fill out, like an application form, a medical consent form, and a financial agreement form. These are required by the state.

  2. Pay Deposit:

    You'll need to pay a deposit to hold your child's spot before they start. This deposit goes towards the first month's tuition. Remember, all fees and deposits are non-refundable.
