Extera-Educational Activities

Music

Kids at our school enjoy singing and playing music together. They learn about different parts of music, like how fast it is, the beat, how loud it is, if it echoes, and the tone. They also move to songs, which helps them remember and work with others. We use lots of instruments so they can explore sounds. Learning music together makes kids want to learn more in everything.

Gardening

Children benefit greatly from daily outdoor activities that allow them to run, play, and expend their energy freely. Our gardening program provides a unique opportunity for children to connect with nature. They learn about planting, nurturing, and harvesting plants, which fosters a sense of responsibility and environmental awareness. Gardening enhances their fine motor skills and patience as they care for their plants, making it a holistic outdoor experience that combines physical development with hands-on learning.

Yoga

Yoga is a special part of our school days. It's like a fun exercise that helps kids feel good inside and out. They learn to move their bodies in cool ways, relax, and stay focused. It's awesome because it makes them stronger and more balanced while having a great time!

Cooking

Our cooking sessions offer children a hands-on experience to explore the world of food and culinary skills. They learn about ingredients, measurements, and simple cooking techniques, which foster independence and a sense of responsibility. Cooking activities also improve their fine motor skills and patience as they follow recipes and prepare meals, making it a fun and educational experience that blends practical life skills with sensory learning.
